A Weekend Away to Cultivate Self Care

Join an intimate group of people in a stunning location to learn and celebrate Mindfulness, Gratitude & Self Care.

Hosted in Waterton Lakes National Park, this retreat will leave you feeling grounded, supported and well armed with simple and effective ways to care for yourself.  Get reconnected with nature & your inner self, and become part of a supportive, trustworthy, and compassionate small group of like-minded people to create a memorable weekend that will help you shift into a more mindful life and self care mastery.

Spa treatment included: Choose from a Eminence Spa Facial, Relaxation & Therapeutic & Massage, Essential Oil Treatment (Detox, Anti-Stress or Immune Boost), or Hot Shell Massage.

Practice Gratitude, Presence, Grounding, & Mindfulness and leave feeling re-energized and rejuvenated.

Friday – evening social 7-9pm

Saturday – a Day of Mindfulness and Self Care 9-9 (includes spa treatment of choice)

Sunday – a Fond Farewell Brunch and Take Home practice 9-12

2:30PM – Guest Speaker Katie Pahara – Self worth and body image

3::30 – Break (Book your Spa treatment here, journal about your experience, try a mindfulness meditation or have a siesta.)

6:30PM – Dinner

SOME TIME AFTER DINNER – 9PM – Sharing Circle (Talk about the experience you have had so far)
